Ei Miyauchi

Brilliant & erudite, subtle & immeasurable --those adjective best suits on her--our beloved convener, Ei Miyauchi. Among other members, she is the most experienced person; she was in charge of tournament directer on two different debating competition: 23rd ICU tournament and 11th Elizabeth cup. With these experiences and her sophisticated sences, she has been working on 24th ICUT to be the wonderful one!!

Mana Hideshima

Mana is said to be one of forest sprites living in the forest in ICU, always leads us by cheering!

But once she debetes, you will encounter furious one and be overwelmed by her! Anyway, we love her, follow her, Mana!

International Liaison Officer

Marimo Karaki

“Calm and Reassuring” - there is probably no other person who fits this words more than Marimo in ICUDS. She has been playing the piano almost since she was born and loves music so much. In other words, when she’s replying to emails in her work as international liaison officer, she’s putting on classics AT FULL BLAST.

Reina Nagase

Chiaki is one of the most clever girls among ICU debating society's freshman. She sometimes says crazy funny jokes during the debate and these her words become always the legend.

Yuka is the tallest girl in our team. She is cheerful and it is fun to be working with her.

Reina is a quick-witted and flexible debater. If you have a trouble with idea you come up with, she can solve it with quick response.

Domestic Liaison Officer

Shiori Kontani

Shiori is a one of the most reliable person in the committee members. She is currently studying IR in the University. Moreover she is a serious fun of Micky Mouse©, if you ask her about it, she will talk it whole day for you.　

Yui Tamitani

Chizuru Yamazaki

Yui is very wise and smart girl. With her high ambitions, she always works and practices hard.

Chizuru is very hardworking and reliable girl, so if you have questions or problems during your stay in Japan, you can ask anything to her. She will certainly help you and entertain you!

Financial Director

Sumire Kambayashi

Sumire is one of the most hardworking people in this organising committee. She already showed her skill of accounting in the largest freshmen tournament in Japan in May, so she is the very best person who can handle accounting in 24th ICU Tournament. Also, she LOVES eating and knows a lot about delicious food in Tokyo. If you want to know good food in reasonable price, come and talk with her!

Accommodation

Mai Hirata

Mai is in charge of accomodation which is most important thing for all of you to participate ICUT. Don`t worry! She would surely provide you with safe trip and good sleep. Actually, she is such a reliable person that freshman in ICUDS really loves her. In addition, she is so fond of debating and Japanese subculture that you can enjoy talk with her.

Media Director

Kana Hatano

Once you see Kana, you will feel that she is a modest lady. However, actually, she is a very passionate lady and definitely surprise you!

Xiaotian Zhao

Xiaotian is the best Information Technologist in commitee member. He takes information science class in ICU, and skilled in using computers. If this year’s ICU Tournament succeeded, large weight of the contribution would be his. Please enjoy our great webpage and facebook posts!!

Shion Kobayashi

Shion is suitable for her role because she is so good at operating computer. She does not have a cellphone because it is enough for her to do everything with her laptop.

She is also a devout Christian, so we can see her on Sunday only on laptop.

Naoya Sakata

Naoya is a very friendly, funny and interesting boy. During debate, he talks confidently with walking (debaters who walk during debate are rare in ICU Debating Society). So, if you have a chance to debate with him, watch his speech!
