Thank you for participating in 24th ICU Tournament. We have a notification. 【About your payment】 After you finish the payment, please send us a scanned copy of your transfer slip to 24thicut@gmail.com We will not be able to confirm your payment without the copy of your transfer slip, as it will serve as payment evidence. The subject of the email should be "(NAME OF INSTITUTION) PAYMENT SLIP." Specify your date of transfer and total amount. And please add the participants information of accommodation in your email. ・Your institution name(Official): ・Your institution name(Short): ・Number of teams: ・Number of adjudicators: ・Number of *4 days accommodation: ・Number of *5 days accommodation: 31,000 ×_____ + 38,500 ×_____ =__________(total amount) And since bank transfer fee is not included in the registration fee, please make sure to add bank transfer fee to your payment. 【Types of accommodation】 *【4 nights accommodation】 The tournament itself ends in 13th March, so this is the shortest choice. If you want to have sightseeing in 14th daytime(before your flight), it is possible to keep your baggage in the hotel. JPY31,000 per person (both debater and adjudicator) The check-in date is March 10th and check-out date is March 14th. *【5 nights accommodation: accommodation extension】 For extending 1 day(night of 14th, March) in the same hotel, you need 7,500 Yen additionally for one person(either double room or triple room). This choice is for participants who are planning for whole day sightseeing. JPY38,500 per person (both debater and adjudicator) The check-in date is March 10th and check-out date is March 15th.
